This beautiful home offers incredible valley and sunset views and lots of covered outdoor spaces. Inside you will find comfortable and upscale finishes and decor. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Whole Foods, Sabino Canyon, Sunrise drive (upscale shopping and dining), and more. It offers 3 bedrooms, a luxurious master bathroom, a convenient jack-and-jill bathroom connecting the two additional bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a separate office space, and plenty of room to spread out.
The paid booking fee entitles you to use the main home, which includes 3 bedrooms and a new super comfy Crate & Barrel memory foam pull out sofa in the living room, and the guest house, which offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, breakfast area, and living room. The main home may accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests and the guest house may accommodate another 4-5 guests. NOTE: Pool heating may be available as an optional amenity priced separately based upon seasonal rates. If you are interested in pool heating, please request this service 48 hours prior to your check-in.
We value our guest’s privacy. At some point during your stay the host or his staff may be on property to perform regularly scheduled pool and yard maintenance. Guests will be notified in advance of any pool and yard maintenance.

We love hosting visitors, and we want you to enjoy your time in our home. That's why we keep our list of rules simple and our cleaning fees low.
House Rules
• Guest Count: Be sure your guest count is accurate when you book
• Parties: No parties. $995 violation fee + booking termination
• Visitors: Contact us to request non-guest visitors if applicable.
• Noise: Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Pool Heating: Costs extra based on season. Ask for a pool heating quote.
• Pets: Max 2 dogs only. $50 pet fee.
• No fire/flame inside: Fireplaces are decorative only.
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking within 20 feet of the house
• Clogged Plumbing: $95 management fee plus plumber costs
• Children 16 and under must be supervised when outside
• Yard & Pool Service is performed weekly and may occur during your stay
• May - October we ask that guests not lower AC below 72 F.
Suggestions:
• Avoid plumbing clogs by scraping food into trash and flushing responsibly
• Use paper towels (not our white linens) to clean up messes
• Skim the pool surface if/as desired between weekly pool cleanings
Disruptive Guest Policy
Our rules and guest expectations are designed to be reasonable and fair. Please read the following carefully. If you agree that these expectations are reasonable and that your group can easily comply with them, then we welcome you to book our home. However, if you have any concern that you or any of your guests may behave in a way that is loud and disorderly (whether due to excessive alcohol consumption or otherwise) then we ask that you please seek other accommodations.
We reserve the right to terminate any booking for any verified bad conduct including but not limited to:
- Any outdoor noise or behavior that results in a neighbor filing a verifiable compliant
- Any unauthorized gathering of non-guest visitors (e.g. unauthorized parties)
- Loud amplified music outside or inside with doors/windows open
- Excessive vehicles parked on property or on the street
Neighbors can and do complain to when guests create a disturbance, putting the rental home at risk of being suspended or banned. For this reason, we are posting this notice to all potential guests so they can decide whether this home is a good fit for their group.
How to Avoid Booking Termination
- Ensure all guests understand the rules and importance of enjoying our home responsibly.
- Supervise children outside. Do not allow prolonged screaming or excessively loud play.
- Do not play amplified music outside.
- No hot tub or pool use between 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
- Avoid groups of people talking outside between 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
- Do not have unauthorized parties with non-guest visitors
