You will receive email 24 hours prior to check-in with the door code, property address, etc.
Each of our homes has a helpful guest guide with tips to help you become acquainted with the home. We also invite Instagramers to tag or mention us as they capture their experiences!
Contact us at least 48 hours prior to check-in to order pool heating. Pool heating costs are extra and based partly on the time of year. Pool heating availability may be subject to weather conditions (freezing temps, rain, snow, etc.)
The pool is brushed and vacuumed every Thursday. If your stay includes a Thursday, then weekly pool service will likely be performed during your stay. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this pool service and please be sure all guests are made aware of this scheduled service. Nets are available for guests to skim the pool surface as needed.

We have been so fortunate to have amazing guests, the vast majority of whom enjoy our homes responsibly and who are courteous and kind. People who book our homes value quality upscale accommodations and treat our homes and our neighborhoods with respect, and for this, we are truly grateful. While many of our house rules can go without saying, we understand it’s always best to communicate expectations. With that in mind, following are some highlights from our house rules to help ensure you enjoy our homes safely.
Our homes have yards designed for folks to have fun. While outside, please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and no noise between 10PM - 8AM.
Wear shoes outside and be on the lookout for desert insects and critters.
Use paper towels and sponges to clean spills rather than cloth towels. Use facial wipes to remove makeup, etc. instead of white wash cloths.
Never leave the gas grills on and unattended. Only allow responsible adults to operate the gas grills.
Keep doors to the pool area locked. Do not allow children under 16 near the pool without adult supervision. No diving or horseplay in or around pool.
Many of our homes are on septic systems. Scrape food in trash (instead of disposal) and only flush toilet paper.
All we ask of our guests is that they treat our home with respect and leave it in reasonably good condition at check-out time. See the guest guide for basic check-out instructions.
